When I first moved into this complex, it was love at first sight. at 900/month, I didn't mind because it was beautiful, mgmt was caring and I enjoyed paying premium to get premium service. In the last 6 months this has declined tremendously. I've had my hot water to go out at least 3 times in 6 months. In addition, mgmt is rude and unsympathetic. Parking is a HUGE problem that mgmt will not address. There is no enforced limit on cars or guest. For 900/month I DESERVE guaranteed parking for at least 1 car!!!I agree they have some contract deal with a horrible overpriced cable service, so you can not take advantage of good cable deals or offers. In addition, they have a deal with the water company. $4.00/mo goes to the complex on top of what you use. $50.00 if they find any trash with your name (even if it's dropped by accident no warning). Thank God, I have not had the bug problem, but there are dog droppings everywhere, don't bother walking in the grass!! They will not notify you of packages at the front office, so tell your loved ones dont bother sending a surprise package, because you wont get it, they'll send it back. In short, for the type of money I'm paying, I'd like better customer service. There are things that they should do as a courtesy, just because I'm paying premium. Oh I forgot. Rent goes up every renewal 30-50bucks. Good luck NEW TENANT...let us know much you enjoy it at your renewal.
