Management is awful!!! It is pretty much impossible to get in touch with a manager so you have to deal with student workers. For example, I called the office to speak with a manager to check if I made an error on one of the forms I had to fill out. A student worker answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager. She put me on hold and then came back saying that the manager would call me back when she has an answer for me. The frustrating part is that I did not even call in regards to what the manager assumed I was calling for. Not only was I not able to talk to a manager, they didn't even ask me what I was calling about before I was told I would be called back. Which I never was called back. I have experienced horrible customer service and lack of professionalism since I have lived here. The managers have a bad attitude and don't ever seem like they want to help you. Another issue I have is the SPAM mail I receive on a regular basis. I receive multiple emails a day from the office about every little thing that happens. It is so annoying. I also was told I had to pay a utility bill not even two weeks before it was due because (as the student worker said) "there was a glitch in the system." Being a college student on a budget, I can not afford these unexpected fees with little notice. Oh and don't even bother filling out the roommate matching questions, they don't even look at them. The actually apartments and complex is pretty nice and cheap. Just hope that you will never have to deal with the office staff and you get good roommates. I will not be renewing my lease nor would I recommend living here.
