I am a graduate student who lived in the larger one bedroom for a year and a half, and I loved it. First of all- Lindsey in the office is fantastic, she makes every visit to the office fun. She knows everyone's name, apartment number, and will chat and play with your puppy for as long as you can stick around. I really loved the apartment, it was a great amount of space, especially the huge bathroom. The appliances were nice and I never had any problems with them. My toilet did break once, and maintenance was there in 20 minutes to fix it. My utilities were very low, I paid $20/mo for water and $60-90/mo on power (keep in mind that this is a one bedroom/one bath). Parking did fill up pretty quickly, but there is plenty of parking around the side of the buildings. I do have a few minor complaints: the carpet in my unit was original to the building, and very worn out; also I had an ant problem during the winter and on rainy days. The exercise room is a little pathetic, it has two treadmills which are usually broken, a stair climber, a bike, and a weight machine- however you usually have the place to yourself. The only major complaint is about noise; I never heard my next-door neighbor, but I could hear my downstairs neighbor walk around, cough, close doors. His bass vibrated my whole apartment. This is a VERY dog friendly complex, and they provide little poo-bag stations and trash cans all over the place. The maintenance guys are always around, I usually saw them once or twice a day, and they were really friendly. I wish I could still live there; I had to move out because I couldn't afford $770 in rent anymore.
