Be wary of management, especially Su. Su claimed she contacted me multiple times about a remaining balance. I ensured that she had the correct email, phone and address on file. She claimed to have called me multiple times, emailed me and sent me snail mail over the course of months. I checked my phone records with my carrier, checked all my folders on my email, and I check my mailbox everyday. I did not receive a message until she contacted my guarantor threatening to send my remaining balance (with an additional fee) to collections. When confronted about this, she admitted that she charges lots of people with this charge and if she "took my word that I had not received notice of the balance [and took off the $50 fee] then her job would be threatened. When I confronted her about having no record of calling me about this balance she told me she wan't going to play games with me. I sure wouldn't recommend living at a place that encourages charging arbitrary fees and then lying about it. I would suggest living at The Reserve instead.
