I don't know where to start...the office personnel is rude. When I moved into my apartment it was dirty, the carpets hadn't been cleaned (and one of the rooms smelt like urine), there were tarps, tires and trash all over the back area, the kitchen cabinets had something sticky all over them that I think might have been caramel, the oven was dirty and full of old burnt food, and there were multiple repairs that should have been taken care of before i moved in. When I complained I was told that this is college housing and it isn't going to be perfect. I contacted Blake to complain about all the issues and he finally did something, he had people come out to clean the carpets (after reassuring me multiple times that they had already been cleaned) which thankfully lessened the urine smell. I had already cleaned most of the apartment myself but they sent out their cleaning lady. She brought her daughter with her who she let run around the apartment and do whatever she wanted (so unprofessional) she also admitted that she had cleaned the apartment the day before we moved in and hadn't cleaned everything because she forgot her cleaner. On top of all of this, the windows all had mold and my roommate and I killed 5+ bugs a day. The parking lot is always littered with trash and cigarette buds. The pool was redone in the spring but there are only 1 or 2 chairs that aren't broken. And last time I was down there-there was a dog swimming in the pool. Yes, these apartments do have new cabinets and flooring in the main area. Which would be awesome unless you are a current tenant whose apartment is currently a construction zone! I was required to empty my living room, kitchen and all bathrooms so that the renovation can be done. The management doesn't care about this huge inconvenience and neither do the owners. I regretted renting this apartment from the first day I moved in.
