If the rent wasn't so expensive, I'd highly recommend it. Folks need to understand that these are cottages, so the interior common areas like the living room and kitchen are tight, even for apartments. Especially for the 3 bedroom floor plan. The units are fine, but sometimes it's the little things that make a difference. Things in which I expect more precision due to the cost. For example, the door knobs don't have the greatest construction. In my unit, doors commonly don't close or lock properly because the latches don't line up with the lip. I've just gotten used to double and triple checking that the doors, especially the entrances to the unit, close and lock properly. The garage door openers often trip up as well. When I exit the garage and click my remote, the door starts to close, then stops. Or, when outside a closed garage door, I have to click my remote several times before it opens. Also, the kitchen sink faucet has terrible water pressure, and it commonly gets stuck when I try to pull it out. The units are really new (less than a year old, I think), so these kinds of details shouldn't be an issue.
