The ONLY good thing about Towne Club is its location. I don't have to pay for parking and can walk to the SLC in less than 20 minutes. However, I'd rather pay for parking and commute to class than live in Towne club. The staff is very nice, but the apartments are CRAP. I live in a 4 bed room flat and the rooms are so small. Our toilet runs ALL the time and makes our water bill sky rocket. The dishwasher isn't even worth using, the AC sounds makes tons of racket and we have had water gush out of our ceiling vents several times. The carpet looks like it has god knows what living in it. Its just disgusting. If you're a guy, I'm sure you won't mind.. but TC is not worth my money. Plus, they renovated our pool and took away parking. So if you want to come home after 7:00 at night, you can count on having to hunt for a parking spot. And on game days, is RIDICULOUS when a resident can't even park where they live. The landscaping crew comes at 8:30 in the morning and blows leaves right in front or your window. And the noise at night is awful. Drunk people stand right outside my window at 3:00 in the morning and I can hear their ENTIRE conversation. From time to time and I can even hear people above me talking and laughing. You can't have pets. not even a fish tank. This place is bunk. Don't live here unless you can't afford parking. p.s. rent has gone up this year.
