I lived in University Gardens Apartments since 2012, I experienced to live in Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and now and in 3 bedrooms with my family. The Community in university Garden is quiet and very convenient to all shopping places, groceries, school and hospital and most of it all Pet-friendly. My experienced from the management is not quite great until I met miss Lesha Cruse, she is the new property manager in the complex. She is awesome taking care of the tenants. I had a good experience with the new management since she took over the property management. I used to experience having no response to any of my apartment needs. A couple of months ago we had major issues with our unit and It was reported to management for many times there was no action until I reached out via email to the new property manager, I haven't met miss Lesha yet and as soon as she received my email she reached out to me and letting me know the situation will be handle and will be taken care of. It was only her 3rd day being in the office that time and I'm amazed how quickly the response I got from her. I would say probably people had bad experience in university garden because of the previous management, However this time please reach out to miss Lesha Cruse the new property manager She is awesome, straight forward and will make sure you will have a better experience in the complex. People will need to address issues and let the property manager know the situation because if they will not know, things will not be fixed. I used to call the office or let the maintenance guy know what is the issue in our unit however that is not working well, tenants will have better response if you guys reported it in the office and letting them to put it in their maintenance system log so it will be properly assign to maintenance guys and you will surely know it will be addressed. Since I was living here in this complex, I never reviewed the complex and management because I do believe if I don't have a good thing to say I would not say anything at all. However, miss Lesha Cruse as a new property manager has a good intention and solid understanding of tenants and people live in this community. Please let her know how she can help you.
