Do not live here! I have never had a worse experience with an apartment complex and their management. They have zero respect for your privacy and treat your apartment like its a revolving door. They are literally in your apartment twice a month and sometimes give you less than 24 hours notice or no notice at all, if you have pets this is incredibly concerning and inconvenient. They are in your apartment constantly but if you happen to have a maintenance request they are nowhere to be seen. It literally took them almost a month to fix my washer. On top of that the gate is only working half the time so you are not always getting the security you are paying for (sometimes the gate is not working for weeks at a time even). They are also incredibly disorganized and have notified me five different times saying they did not have renters insurance on file for me and I have consistently had to resend this. Overall, I am very fed up and would not wish this type of experience on anybody.
