I'm a young professional that just moved out of WestPark Club after living there for a little over 2 years. Overall, it's a safe, quiet little complex with a good management company and a great office/maintenance staff. The apartments are very spacious, laid out well, and very quiet. More good: The rent is cheap for what you get. You can find something cheaper, especially on the east side. I lived in 3 other places in Athens, and this place was by far the safest, quietest, and most comfortable community I lived at. It's convenient to everything, 6 or 7 miles to UGA/downtown. Apartments are clean and well maintained. Electric bills are cheap, average between $75-$100. Lisa Marie is an amazing manager and always delivers. Bob and Luis are friendly and keep everything working good. Monitored alarms are in every apartment. Some bad: The intersection at Atlanta hwy was usually very congested if you're trying to make a left, but a right takes you to most everything. The courtesy officer will tag your car if you double park.
