The view and the new look is worth the money but then you meet Chris, the resident manager, or the financial kid and it´s hell. Do not expect any help or nice service from them. There is a huge turnaround of employees at the complex, this shows you the bad management.

Not all are bad, some people actually help you. Jason at the front desk is friendly and always there, Carlos keeps the carpets looking fresh, another Carlos fixes your AC with no problems. The people who actually do the work are friendly, the ´power hungry´ management should go back to training.

It is across the street from the Arts Center MARTA station. Very conveninent. Apartments have an entire wall with large windows that give you an awesome view of the city. You will notice the street noise from the connector and it will bother you if you want to open the sliding doors and sleep. Apartment feel old but clean. There is a moisture problem due to the many pipes that break all the time. They are desperate for residents, and they still increase the rent. I asked for a discount since my neighbor is paying $200 less for the same apartment and the management treated me like crap, so I decided to move out. They rather see you go than take $50 off your overpriced rent.

The outside security doors on some parking levels are always open. Heard a lot of stories about beak-ins to cars. A news channel made a story about a rash of cars that where stolen from the private parking deck. I avoid going in or out during the night due to the security issues.

Parking is free and the gym and facilities are very nice. The mini store is very convenient as well as the dry cleaning. I would recommend it for the view, facilities, and convenience to MARTA but beware of the manager and the old apartments. If you are allergic, stay out!
