Hi there, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are disappointed we have not met your expectations and we'd like the opportunity to speak with you in regards to any concerns you may have. I can tell you, we are sorry the pool has been down. I can assure you, we are just as frustrated as you are about the situation. As we mentioned in prior community correspondence, there was no structural damage to the pool or building itself. Management is doing everything in our power to resolve the situation, but unfortunately many of the decisions concerning repairs were out of our hands. Due to the uncertainty at the time with permitting and the plan of action, we did not provide a timeline for repairs and made no promises of a completion date. Please understand the repair scope of work had to be reviewed by multiple entities, including the insurance carriers prior to beginning the repairs. Thankfully, we are currently in the process of repairing the pool and are pushing to get it completed as quickly as possible. I'd love to sit down and talk with you about all of your concerns. Hi Rachael, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, however we certainly wish it were on better terms. We do encourage residents to utilize the gated garages for their bike and vehicle parking. The visitor lot is set aside for the retail space and is not meant to be used by the residents as bike storage or permanent parking. The car theft you mentioned happened prior to Greystar management but after being made aware of the situation, we've installed reinforced gating. Speaking of the retail space, we are so excited this will be opening in our building and cannot wait to enjoy it later this year. It was never mentioned you picked up nails during your residency. The work is all being done inside the retail space so I am surprised to hear this. Unfortunately, we all do pick up a nail or too while driving around the city. I am sorry you still don't understand your final utility charges. I don't know how much more they can be explained and broken down for you as all questions you asked were answered for you. I provided a year to date breakdown, the utility billing period for the final billing, the contact for the utility billing company, and lease references for all move out charges as requested. Thank you for taking the time to review our community. Feedback is critical so we can improve our resident experience. First, let me thank you for recognizing our maintenance team. They work hard and it is nice when they are recognized. We understand your frustrations regarding the pool. The damages to the pool deck did not cause any structural damages to the building per the builder and engineers hired to access the situation. We are disappointed with the length of time it has taken to start the repairs, but please understand the repair scope of work has to be reviewed by multiple entities, including the insurance carriers. We have been updating the community consistently and hope to have more information soon. While we did have problems with one of our elevators in January, there was always another elevator working and the issues have since been resolved. During this time, we installed an additional callbox at the other elevator so there would be no issues with guest access should one of the elevators go down again. Our package locker system gets full very quickly because residents don't pick up packages daily, but the overflow is storage is in our office and residents are welcome to come pick them up during business hours. The car theft you mentioned happened prior to Greystar management but after being made aware of the situation, we've installed reinforced gating.
