I lived here with two of my buddies for about a year and a half. The place was loud, the pool crowded, and the racquetball courts always filled, but for a few dudes right out of school, this is what we wanted. If you want peace and quiet, there are a few other complexes on the same street that provide this kind of environment.

Only a few problems we ran into:
1) the pool is like Panama City on weekends. Meatsuit dudes (most of whom don´t live here) come here on pilgrimidges in the same way Arabs go to Mecca -- only mor often. It is nice on weekday evenings when nobody is around, but don´t try to go down at noon after a late night in Buckhead and expect to find even concrete to lay on. Just doesn´t happen.

2) Maintenance wasn´t as timely as I´d hoped they´d be, but truly, this was never too much of an issue.

3) Parking can be difficult, unless you live in the back few buildings. There just isn´t much space on the sides if you come home later in the evening.

4) The apartment we picked was the 2 bedroom "study". Was a bit too small for us, but that was our own fault.

I lived in 4 apartments in Atlanta, and this was by far the best for it´s class that we found.
