First let me say that change can be good. Yvette in the office was rude and obnoxious. When work needed to be done in my apartment her mantra was always "maintenance is busy with air conditioners". Like my issues were not important. The new manager is awesome. I have lived through two other managers and not one of them every took my issues seriously. This new manager took the time to come to my apartment and do a thorough inspection, and within two days every issue had been resolved. I even received a new dishwasher (the one I had hadn't work right in two years. I being and intelligent person new that with the square footage of these apartments the utilities would be higher, so don't expect your utilit,ies to be the same as the cramped little place you moved from there is no comparison. Bugs are a problem, but my issue was resolved with the entire building was treated. Because of the office staff change I was willing to give Les Jardins another chance. I just revewed my lease for another year.
