Came to this property 5 years ago because it was small, nice, quiet, straight shot from airport and my church and the price point. Stayed longer than initially planned b/c of the convenience, as it was always intended to be a short-term stay. My countdown has started, hopefully by summer. If I can move out tomorrow, I would and I'm sure management would be just as glad. My last 1.5 years here have been super stressful because of the lack of attention to the apartment and residents when Greystar took over. I've been fighting for fair water bills that's finally billed at a reasonable amount. Then I had to contend with a reoccurring leak from July 2018 to Jan 2019 because it took them forever to get the right people and roofers to do a quality job that actually fixed the problem. After every "fix", the new leak was progressively worst, covered more area and eventually got on my furniture. The last repair occurred when I was traveling, but I never got confirmation of repair after multiple emails. I had to wait for the next rain to see if I would awake to water drops in the middle of the night. It's situations like this that's uncaused for. There needs to be better communication, quality service from all, etc. The apartments need serious upgrades. Had 2 leaky toilets, where one needed a new tank. Maintenance had to saw it off because of the length of time in place. This took forever to repair. No sense of urgency. Less amenities offered than before. Unattractive grounds keeping compared to before. Questionable neighbors who move in and get evicted w/in 6 months, hang out and smoke week on sidewalks, balconies and cars, leave trash everywhere, don't pick up dog poop, etc. They just dont care! It's diminished the integrity of what our community used to be. There are more issues, but I choose not to report anything else unless it's super critical to my living. Have no more energy to give. Just ready to move...tick tock! Move in at your own risk. I can say the office has been more pleasant, that's a HUGE Improvement. Maybe they'll take these comments and do better.
