The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us! However we would like for you to call the office regarding the parking fines your visitor has received. We have a strict policy in place regarding visitor parking and you must register the vehicle each time the car is parked in the parking deck. This is unfortunate that your guest have received several fines but we we have these policies in place in order to allow the attendants to monitor the parking deck effectively. Please reach out to the community manager at your earliest convenience to discuss by phone or in person.
Hi Verified Resident 838539, we regret your most recent visit with us was not up to the standards we strive for. If you have more information on the disturbances and where they are coming from please feel free to contact management at 404-636-8885. In addition, we are aware that the exit gate was non-operational and has since had them repaired. Unfortunately sometimes they are hit by vehicles that are driving to fast through the gates and this will reset the motors. We then are at the mercy of the vendor and their schedules to come and repair them. Gate were repaired on 11/9/2020. Thank you for your review as we are always looking for ways to improve here at Avana Uptown.
Verified Resident 727045, we really appreciate your feedback! Thank you for letting us know about the findings on the property. We will be sure to let make our maintenance team aware of this. Also for packages we have the luxer locker system but for bigger packages they are supposed to go straight to your door. In the event they are left in the luxer locker area unattended , we have been retrieving them in the office for safe keeping. We either email or make a phone call if the packages have been in the office more than a week or so. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. As always we appreciate your residency here at Avana Uptown.

If you are still experiencing these same issues please feel free to contact the office at 404-636-8885 or email us at [email protected] In regards to the Renters Insurance, you should have received a phone call from the Assistant Manager today explaining the glitch in the system and that you have never been charged any fees for email reminders you received. We should have this rectified this week. We want you to know that we will have the Property Manager contact you in regards to any miscommunication there may have been and she would love to go into greater details on the specifics of this concern. Our management team is sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with the community. Our hopes is that we can assist you with any existing issues and create a better resident/management relationship.
