The Property management has little concern over criminal activities and tenant safety. Not a member of the Better Business B, has a F rating. Up until early this year the windows in most units were broken and didn't lock. The property advertises "newly renovated" - perhaps HUD or local code forced windows replaced, beyond compliance, the management of the foreclosed property has replaced the signage and spared no expense on the leasing office - "window dressing". The swimming pool health violations speak for them selves, one pool was filled in with, sod added then titled the outdoor kitchen, (that is never open for use).
