It is important to know where our residents think we missed the mark, as well as where we have done well - so that we can improve The Preserve at Briarcliff for everyone. It is important to know where our residents think we missed the mark, as well as where we have done well - so that we can improve Preserve at Briarcliff for everyone. We have pet stations located around the perimeter of the community with bags for pet clean-up. I also send out e-mails regularly, ensuring that residents know the courtyard areas are off limits to pets, and that we do issue fines for violators. We do our best to stay on top of the issue, and clean up waste whenever we see it. We appreciate you also keeping such details, but can act much more quickly if you contact us in the office and let us know which areas need attention. The team and I at Preserve at Briarcliff do take the time to read every review, and use the information to grow, make changes, and improve our community for everyone. Regarding your concern about the fitness center: We do clean and check the equipment daily. If you see a problem with a particular piece of equipment, please let me know. As for our pet policy: we were receiving a large volume of complaints about the smell of the courtyards from residents not cleaning up after their animals. We created the pet walking stations at the perimeter of the property for this reason. I would be happy to hear your feedback regarding this policy, however. If you have any questions about how our utilities and fees are assessed, I would be more than happy to discuss them with you.
