This apartment would be ok if the maintenance staff would not wait 2 weeks to come out and fix immediate repairs. For example, my refrigerator was broken and it took almost two weeks for someone to come fix, all of my food was spolied.The only time something gets done is if you threatened to leave, but on top of that we still havent got an replacement. Also, it would be even better if the staff in the office would actually enter information into their system INSTEAD of writing everything down on a note pad and losing it...NOT JUST GOING OFF THE TOP OF THEIR HEAD. We are paying customers. Have some pride.
