On ~ June 28, 2021 TOBY Chatsworth maintenance staff member told me the washer needed to be REPLACED? iIT COULD NOT BE REPAIRED.
?On ~Monday, August 2, 2021 I met with Amanda Gordon, property manager. I explained the situation with the washer and dryer and service dog? how they all "fell off the lease". As Cara and Yvonne Hill had told me. And how Cara and Yvonne Hill told me the washer and dryer were not Chatsworth property? they claimed the washer and dryer were my property now.
I explained again to Amanda Gordon that the washer and dryer were actually Chatsworth property and the ~rental was embedded in the rent. and I again updated where cara and yvonne hill stood.
Which I am certain that Amanda Gordon already knew a out this? because work orders all start with the office managers and they each communicate tenant information, etc. with one another.
Amanda Gordon's first sentence to me was that people were looking at money; the bottom line. but she was not like that.
Amanda Gordon promised to find these items in my file: from prior leases.
amanda gordon went on to explain that the items fell off of the lease when ECI took over Chatsworth Apartments.
Amanda Gordon promised to replace the washer? even after I asked about repairing the washer; not necessarily replacing it.
Amanda Gordon also said she'd get the cleaning staff owner to contact me to help clean the stove, oven; sides & underneath: for a separate fee.
And Amanda Gordon said she'd have the regular maintenance staff help with boxes: but refused to let me pay a separate fee for their help.
HOWEVER,,, all of these seems to have only been AMANDA GORDON's RUSE.
Because Amanda Gordon COULD HAVE EASILY FIXED THE PROBLEMS RIGHT THEN ! Amanda Gordon could have easily looked up the leases and my file? while I was in her office on Monday, August 2, 2021. (And fixed the problems right then.)
Instead Amanda Gordon let me go another entire week: until ~Friday, August 6, 2021? when i had to call back up to the office: to again ask for help with the washer. Because no maintenance staff ever came out to repair or replace the washer. Amanda Gordon said her maintenance staff would come here by 6:00 p.m. that day.
But at ~5:50 p.m. ~Friday, August 6, 2021, Ron R., head of maintenance staff, sent and email and survey that they had again closed out the work order for the washer.
And when I immediately called back up to the office, Amanda Gordon now changed her tone, words, and attitude toward me. She said that Ron R. told her the washer and dryer were not their property and they were not going to fix or replace the washer. They were going to charge me a fee to remove it.
She was coming to inspect my apartment and take pictures. When I stated, ~"don't I have the reasonable right to privacy in my
apartment?!"? Amanda Gordon said, ~"No ma'am! I'm coming in! to inspect my apartment! It's in your lease!"
She put me on hold for a very long time and when she came back on the phone call, she sound ominous and told me for the past few days,, they had been dealing with another male tenant who had severe mental illness problems? and he was scaring his neighbors? and they were trying to get rid of him without involving the police.
It seems, Amanda Gordon was using lying, ~emotional manipulation; threatening and intimidating me? to get me to drop the issues with the washer, the lease; etc. Or to just get me to totally vacate the apartment.
I am scared of Amanda Gordon, Yvonne Hill, and Cara now.And know that they create problems? and they will not fix the problems? In fact? they will make the problems worse? and threaten you along the way.
BTW the garbage cans at each resident's apartment is a terrible stinking mess! The tenants leave the garbage cans out every day of the week? never take them inside. It stinks and looks like a slum! Rats, etc. are coming around, too !
