It has been hit or miss. The day we moved in our apartment had not been cleaned or repaired. Still have repairs they never got around to. I will be glad to be moving out this year. This place needs a major upgrade in the staff handling repairs and maintenance.

    I am very happy to have rented here. It is a diverse neighborhood and staff is responsive- especially maintenance. I have felt safe and would definitely recommend the property to others. The grounds are also well managed and maintained.

      Even before we got the keys we had issues with the apartment. The person who was suppose to be their to accept our payment and give us our keys was not there the day we were suppose to hand in our money and no one else in the office seemed to know we were moving in. Additionally our apartment had not even cleaned or repaired from previous attendant.
