Holy crap, that was bad. I'd lived in some really bad places as a college student. However, this was the first place that was so bad in almost every way that we moved out two months before our lease was up. The laundry room was almost always broken. Our sink dripped and they just flat out couldn't fix it. Our AC was about 25 years old and had to run 24/7 in the summer to keep it from getting unbearably hot (meaning my electric bill was about $300 a month). I'm not falsely exaggerating. Now they want to try and charge me an extra $500 after I've moved out on top of my deposit. I'm seriously debating whether I should tell them to stick it and fight them on it or just pay them blood money to get out of my life. If you read this review and still choose to live there, try and remember that you were warned. Pay a little bit more or move somewhere a little far out of town, but don't pay them.
