Resident 2021

11/9/2021

When I first moved in, the kitchen cabinet over the refrigerator and stove was starting to separate from the walls which was quite obvious. Underneath the kitchen and bathroom sink was severe wood rot. The shelves in the kitchen cabinets and drawers were wood rotted along with the bathroom drawers. The bath tub showed signs of severe corrosion especially around the drainage. Mold, mildew, and unknown stains covered the entire patio. The air filter looked like it was never changed. Lint in the dryer. Missing ice basket in the refrigerator. Management was very rude with the exception of the leasing agent who just started working there. The dumpster near the main office is constantly overflowing. The garage I rented was not cleaned as I told. The 2 of the 3 service repairs I've submitted were closed indicating completion but is not the case, still missing my kitchen drawer for repair (wood rot). Water (kitchen, bathroom, shower, and washer) smells like onions and taste funny. I feel disgusting after every shower. I relocated from out of state and at the time this was the only apartment I could find available. It's my 2nd month at the apartment, I've received at least… See More>

My experience here has been super delightful, Gigi is one of the best property manager I've encountered. She's always willing to help and has such a great attitude! I would recommend this community to anyone.

The worst rental experience I have ever had. 1. My rent was drafted from my checking account automatically every month. The management company was changed during the rental term, then they rejected my automatic draft option. I did not know that they rejected auto draft option until I got the court letter, but my rent was late because of this, then they filed a lawsuit and sent me a court letter for the late payment. 2. keeps getting the utility bills even after I moved out. I called the management office and explained about it. They didn't even listen and told me that it's all my fault.

I lived at this property for 15 years and it was the best place that I could ever want to live. But.......when the original owners sold the property the first time around. It was okay. Then.....those owners sold it again and it was bad. Finally it was sold a Third time and it is absolutely horrible. There is no maintenance worker. My truck was broken into and things stolen from it. My rent increased 3 times within a year. The security gate that lead up to my door was taken down by the 2nd owners and now the apartment sign was destroyed by someone who ran into it and the owners have yet to replace it. The apartment is near a creek and there are silverfish in the apartment all of the time. This place is a hazard and should be reported to the county. The rental prices are ridiculous for a place that has zero amenities. The pool water is green and we have nothing to look forward too anymore. Please stay away from this property.

Current management changed what used to be a great community into a terrible place to live. Reviews posted by users with only one review or users who have reviewed other properties owned by same company ARE fake. Neighborhood used to have gates on every building and were all taken down for no reason. Gave access to door to door sales and advertisers so there are flyers and cards everywhere on grounds. Dumpster area had no dumping warning sign which was also taken down for no reason so there is traffic of trucks dumping their trash around the clock. Dumpster is not enforced nor compacted and trash gets high which brings awful smell and flys to nearby buildings and mailbox area. No maintenance worker. Apartments share a maintenance worker with their other properties and they are their first priority so it will be almost impossible for any work orders. Trash is never picked up around the neighborhood and stairwells are never washed. Everywhere is dirty, dusty, and has spider webs since it is not maintained or cleaned after. Quality in residents went down. Crime rate went up. Car and mailbox break ins and shootings happen all the time. If you google… See More>

I love my apartment!! I have lived at Creekside for three years and I have no complaints. The staff always is friendly and Jenny goes above and beyond the call of duty. I had to ask her to wait by the bus stop once for my kids cause I was stuck in traffic her exact words were "no problem"! Or else my kids would be taken back to school. I will never move (unless I buy a house). So it doesn't matter to me what anyone says on this site. Beware! Past residents that have had to leave because they broke the rules can be spiteful! If you visit this property you will see for yourself.

I have lived here at Creekside apts for 7 years and I am well pleased. I have referred over 8 people here at Creekside and everyone loved them. Jenny is awesome and Ronnie our maintenance man is always on top of things when he is needed. we are close knit in this community and we all look out for each other. If your looking for a great apt complex I would recommend giving Creekside a try and I promise you wont regret it. They really love their residents.

We moved here in 2007 and thank God we have had no problems. We are NOT moving. I love the fact Ms. Jenny is so friendly and helpful, and anything I need done Mr. Ronnie gets it fixed ASAP. I love the security gate, no unexpected company or people selling stuff able to knock on your door. It would be great if they added a security gate at the entrance.

I have lived here off and on since 2001. I have watched the original owner Sherry sell the place. It was great living here when she owned it. It is no longer the case. You are just considered a renter and number here. There is little maintenance and upkeep here. There is siding that needs to be replaced. There are nails coming through the ceiling. Appliances keep failing because they are old. The failing appliances are repeatedly replaced with other failing appliances from other vacant apartments. The one maintenance man they is great and is overworked! I dare not mention anything else. Love Properties can do better than this. I suggest you come here and stay as long as I have and tell me what you think!!

maintenance man hides cameras in the vents!!!!!!!!!!

Alright -- we lived her 8 years. yes, 8 years. When we first moved in, it was perfection! nice staff, nice people, safe. By the time we left, the new lady in the leasing office was extremely rude, the new owners don't care about ANYTHING, the maintenance man "Julio" was arrested for hiding spy cameras in women's apartments and watching them in bed (look it up it was on fox 5 news at the time. search creekside apartments arrest cameras) Additionally we got our back window smashed on our 30,000$ car and they said too bad. Thanks, creekside. Never again!!!

                        Great Staff!

Jenny the manager is always so friendly, she makes this apartment community a home for all the residents. She cares about us and is there to lend a helping hand. She's strict about rent and policies but she's always willing to help someone in need. I will never move (unless I buy a house of course) and my one bedroom is huge. I love it.

I wrote a review in 2010 and recommended this place. I was writing a review for the apartment I currently reside in, and this website was showing me the review for the Creekside. I thought I should add on to my previous review. I had no problems while living there. However, if you paid deposits, take heed, request all documentation, and double-check your deductions. That is all I have to say. At first, I was told that I am not getting any of my deposit back. Then, after following through, I got back more than what I deposited, in cash. Weird enough, eh?

                            what lies beneath

Creekside is a nice place to live, but jenny who is the manager does not know what she is doing ,nothing for the residents to do here, i feel like going outside and take my coffee mug and drag it across the gates saying guards, guards let me out, because it almost feels like prison, they need to get rid of that dumpster in the front, and get rid of that God forsaken wooded area back behind the H building and make some pinic tables or a nice club house or something for residents to do.

Only place on PLEASANTDALE to live!

Before I moved into Creekside I went to almost every single apartment complex on Pleasantdale Road, they were all old and falling apart. We won't even discuss the roach problem at Jasmine Trails next door. Anyway, it's been about 3 months and my apartment is still great. The manager is so nice, she really tries to make this a home for everybody. Maintenance usually comes the same day. I almost considered moving to one of the apartments down the street because they were so much cheaper, now I know you get what you pay for. This is a great place to live.

                                Great Place to Live

I have lived at Creekside for 3 years now and am very happy here, it's small and secure (with the security bars in front of every breezeway) of course you always have to watch for yourself, (especially on Pleasantdale Road) but the property manager is really nice and always does her best to get things done. If you put in a work order, it gets done on the same day (if not immediately). Small community, I would definately recommend these apartments. Unfortunately, they are almost always full.
