We compare our pricing with similar communities in the area to ensure that our rents and fees are competitive in the market. We apologize, as well, that you are experiencing issues with smoke smell and noise in your apartment. I apologize for your recent experience with lease renewal and miscommunication from our staff. Please understand that our rates are set by taking into consideration multiple factors such as competitor rates, market trends, and availability. Please call me at 770-952-7897 so that I can better understand the circumstances surrounding your lease renewal and work to find an acceptable resolution to this issue. We appreciate your residency.
When walk-throughs are done, we give a preliminary break down of charges. Since we can't completely see the condition of the carpet due to furniture and such, we can't give definitive move out charges until the resident has completely vacated. If you would like to further discuss please feel free to talk the office staff.
