whoever is in charge of this place is unprofessional
FOR STARTERS I hear someone yelling "beat my a** then" outside my window in pure daylight and to my surprise it was the guy who runs this neighborhood. I have been here for a couple years and this isnt the first time hearing about himā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Snooby Owners/Renters/ Part-time Projects Trailor Trash
My family and I started renting this townhome to transition into a our new home which will take a while maybe a year to move into. We thought it would be great! But to be honest it is half project in the hood/half trailor trashā¦Ā See More >anonymous

No Green space
At this community, there is no green space whatsoever. There is no dog walking(pooping area) in proportion to the number of homes being built here. If the HOA doesn't speak up before this is completed, they will be up to their knees in doggie poop! Thereā¦Ā See More >slopes28

NOT A RENTAL COMMUNITY
I'm not sure how this complex got on this site but this is NOT a rental community and they are only allowed to have a very small number of rentals. This will become a litigation issue shortly and the renters will end up bearing theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Nice Complex
I moved into this complex as a renter from IL in June, 2009. I love it, it is peaceful for the most part, but rarely is there any distrubance. The grounds are maintained weekly, and they are in the process of pressure washing and paintingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Our renters
After reading some of the reviews I have to add my two cents. We were one of the first buyers in Liberty Park. We bought when they first broke ground. We bought believing that it was a great investment being that Atlantic Station, Downtown, Buckheadā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Place to Buy
This is a wonderful community of young professionals. There are a few leased units, but the majority of the community is owner-occupied. Renters are highly despised to the benefit of the community. The new HOA management company has done a great job making theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Mostly great.
I have been in Liberty Park since May and have enjoyed it. I am a young professional and enjoy the neighborhood vibe. I personally enjoy the spirit of the collegiate flags and do not find them tacky during football season in the least. As aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Nevermind Uribe -- LP is great!
If you are looking for a new townhome that's literally minutes from downtown, vinings, midtown, Atlantic Station and more, check out Liberty Park. For the $200k price range and with a new (and very responsive) HOA, residents get a lot for their money.

Please noteā¦Ā See More >libertyparkhomeowners.com
