I love it. Ive been living in the community for about 8 years. I started off in one apartment and transferred to something larger. The transfer process was easy and The staff is always accommodating. My neighbors have always been cool too.

So far, besides the gate key not working, it's been good. I've submitted my maintenance requests to the office so they should be remedied soon. The commute is excellent from my job. There are absolutely no pests which I love.

It's a fantastic complex located in Midtown, very VERY convenient for Georgia Tech students especially! It is fairly cheap for what you are getting (especially if you share the rooms), and is honestly much nicer in quality than on-campus housing.

You did the right thing by reporting this to the proper authorities, although we regret to hear they did not make it on the scene in time to rectify the situation.
