Hello and thank you for providing our team with this feedback. We strive to provide an enjoyable living environment for our residents, and we are disappointed that we have missed this mark with you. I see that you have a concern regarding trash and recycling pick up and I wanted to take a moment to clarify this. Although we recently changed trash companies, pricing remains the same because the service provided has not changed. Both companies only pick up trash. The only difference is that the former company provided an extra recycling bin at no additional cost, but residents were responsible for disposing of this recycling. We apologize for any confusion. Hello and thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We strive to make this community a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone, and we sincerely apologize that you've experienced this issue with your air conditioning! Our maintenance technician checked the air conditioning unit on the roof as soon as we got your request. Unfortunately, we failed to touch base that morning with you about our plan to fix the air conditioning unit and our progress. We sincerely apologize for this lack of communication and customer service. However, our Maintenance Director did try to call you several times Saturday evening and Sunday morning, and he personally repaired your air conditioning unit. To our knowledge everything is in working order, please call us immediately if this is not the case. Thank you, CWS Customer Care

We have hired new security that patrols the exterior of our community, but they do not have access to let anyone into the community. Also, most packages are dropped off a few minutes before the close of business, so we would not be able to check them in until the next business day.
