Alert! New Management! There's no secret that this community has constantly been challenged maintaining good management. New management took over 30 days ago and has made this transition, despite the many changes and accommodations their company is facing, an easy one. As a current resident, I immediately noticed the difference. It's like night and day! Everyone I came in contact with during my renewal process, were both polite and overly eager to assist. Thus making me (resident) feel more than just a unit number. It's refreshing to know great customer service is still at the forefront of successful businesses in this industry
