I don't know how long it takes to answer a complaint,but it shouldn't take over 1 week,the entire maintenance crew needs to be fired especially the supervisor over maintenance,tell me whose responsible for making sure complaints are taken care of. I couldn't refer anyone to these apartments,office personnel they sale you on the model apartment,but the apartment that you get, aint work ----,oh don't bother to complain because it wont get fixed.The sad part is the corporate office is on the property,meaning big bosses,what the hell are they doing in the office,they need to inspect some apartments and check the complaints tenants turn into the office. The guy they hired,someone please tell him to calm the hell down,oh I can tell he went to college, but what's worse than a educated foooooooooooooooool. Chris you dont fool me by telling me what I want to here,just get the dam complaints taken care of fool.
