There is so much noise from neighbors, leaf-blowers and wind chimes. The walls and ceilings are so thin, you don´t need your own stereo; just listen to the neighbor´s. It seems like everyone has at least one dog, and none are leashed so they run at you in the hallways and courtyards. Not to mention the dog mess that is also to be found in the hallways and courtyards.
You also have to pay $200 per car (non-refundable) for the privilege of a parking space, and $50 per month for a designated space if you want to park anywhere near your own apartment. You also pay a non-ref fee for gate cards. Be prepared to get wake-up calls all through the night from strangers calling from the gate who have lost their gate cards and don´t want to pay for new ones, asking to be let in.
There have been a lot of car break-ins and at least one stolen vehicle, so don´t believe the sales spiel about security.
The location is excellent, but that doesn´t compensate for the extremely high cost.
