Resident 2018 - 2020

9/18/2020

Your living experience will definitely depend on WHERE you live in the complex. If you live in building 4 or 6 you will be in the midst of a special program that the complex runs. It is either a halfway house, homeless shelter, or women's program. You can tell who's in the program because they have placards in the window. The people throw stuff down from their porches on to the porches and grounds below. They scream at each other across the parking lot. They smoke weed. They sit on the porches and stare at you and your company when you go in and out. They are not allow to live near the pool area or the leasing office. So if you rent there you will have a better existence. But don't rent near the back! Additionally, the gate stays broken for weeks at a time. We have had to pay for "electric" in common spaces that we have not had access to use because of Covid. There is a recurring problem with roaches and gnats/fruit flies.

Hi there, thank you for taking a moment to voice your concerns. We can absolutely assure you that the comfort of our residents is our top priority, so we appreciate you for letting us know about the concerns you are having with your neighbors. We do apologize for the recent incident regarding our community gate, but please know that this issue was resolved as soon as the system was able to be updated. Our gates have since been in working order! We'd be happy to discuss additional pest control for your home, so please reach out to us directly for assistance. It'd be a pleasure discussing your concern with your utility fees for electricity as well, but please know that this fee is for the outside common areas and not our amenities. We are truly dedicated to providing an exceptional home for all of our residents, so hope to hear from you soon about improving your stay here. Thanks for your time!
