Extremely poor. The community cuts corners, and tried to save money but in the end it inconveniences the residents. They should perform preventative maintenance rather than just wait till everything breaks down and fixing it in an emergency.

    The community has great potential, but the front office staff must work hard and not be passive. Staff must be proactive, and not just fix something when there is a complaint. Example: We did not have a courtesy office since June of 2020, since then there has been an abundance of criminal like situations. Also, the complex is overdue for concrete pressure washing on the outside. There is a whole lot of stains, dirt, and debree stained in. Pressure washing is also recommended for the bricks on the outside as there is excessive dirt and build up, especially at the front gate entrance/exit.
