Great location but the apartments are old, so expect issues (ie. leaks, sagging floors, dirty and stained screens/cabinets/doors). <br><br>If you ever do have to call for a maintenance request, plan on calling at least two to three times to get a response. They are very polite office and maintenance people but often "misplace" requests or "have already reported the problem to the supervisor." You will probably receive the brush-off at least once per request.<br><br>Management seems unable to prioritize issues. For example, replacing a well functioning stove with a brand new one before repairing water leaks that are damaging walls. Or hauling in truckloads of flowers and bushes for the grounds when the fitness rooms have non-functioning equipment and there is enormous damage to the parking lot.<br><br>Please consider very carefully before signing a lease.
