Great presentation before you get approved but horrible customer service after. They nickel and dime you with extra fees on fees on fees. Value for dollar is not worth it especially when they force fees for things you don't want like garbage pickup that only comes 4 times a week. Pest service is an extra fee wow. Walls are thin as paper
