Management changes frequently as does the quality of interaction with said management. My interactions have ranged from very poor to excellent even with the same individuals. The complex itself is older but generally a good value. Maintenance used to respond within 48 hrs though not sure if that's still a thing as my last one (a major appliance issue) wasn't responded to for about a week and that was only after I followed up about it.
