I apologize that your experience was not the most pleasant one. The gate Pest issues can be a nuisance, especially depending on the time of year. We employ a professional pest control company weekly to keep pests at bay and call upon this company any time an issue is reported. We work closely with our service provider to treat the exteriors of the buildings as well as assist in preventing any insects from entering your home. We just ask that residents call us to request the service each week. I appreciate and value your feedback as a former resident and wish you the best of luck in your new home.
