In March, it will be our full first year living here and the first few months were amazing (under the old management company). Since ARIUM took over, our experience with the new management company has been atrocious! Little to no communication to residents from anyone in the front office. Every time we try and call the front office for assistance/concerns, we ALWAYS get the answering machine. No one EVER answers the phone. Even when we try and email them, no one answers our emails! Not even a courtesy email saying they received our email and will get back to us in a timely manner. It's not always easy to get down there during business hours, but when we do there is always excuse after excuse - basically, they tell us our issues are above their pay grade and they are still trying to get settled from the changeover. Okay then, reach out to corporate and figure it out; it's been over six months this surely can't be your excuse anymore. When people move out, they leave their furniture in the parking garage (not the management company's fault); however, the items left in the garage have been there for WEEKS. After all of the money we pay to live in a clean facility, they can't hire someone to remove these items? It looks terrible. The gate to the garage is constantly breaking and the key fobs are hit or miss on when they want to work. There is little to no parking for residents in the main garage because parking is not being monitored, and visitors park wherever they want. Small issue but we were promised new parking tags to replace the old tags under the new management company, which has not been done yet. It's been over six months since the new company took over. This also includes emails sent out to residents, they still have the Broadstone Ridge logo on their emails. You would think they would want to remove the old branding at some point, but what do I know... Over the holidays, we were not told if our valet trash was going to be picked up (first world problems, I know) - but people did put out their trash and it sat there overnight into the following day/night because it wasn't picked up. We did not receive any emails communicating that it would not be picked up, or at the very least, a limited holiday pick-up schedule. Needless to say, the hallways smelled like trash. Rant over, but with all these concerns we have just one question - Do the people in the front office actually work or just pretend to, in order to collect a paycheck? We are seriously considering not renewing our lease unless a drastic change happens over the next three months. Side note: Should the management company respond to our review, yes we've already addressed our concerns with our front office and DO NOT even think of telling us to email you because it won't be answered (as mentioned above). We are tired of your excuses, actually do something about it!
