This is the best apartment I have lived in, and I've lived in quite a few. I only lived here a year, but the management staff didn't constantly change, which is unusual in my experience. They are all very friendly and helpful. Pre-virus there were resident events that were actually well attended and the staff went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and included. The location can't be beat. The beltline and golf course next door provide a ton of greenspace and makes it not feel like the city, even though midtown and everything else is close by. Although you will hear upstairs neighbors some if you have them, it's very quite for a city apartment. There is no guest parking but there is usually enough street parking close by except maybe the weekend. Residents have assigned spaces that are strictly enforced. During my year there the elevator broke a couple times but was usually fixed within the day, and the fire alarm went off once due to a lightening strike. This was a vast improvement over my previous, more expensive apartment where the elevator was always broken and the fire alarm went off at all hours. Also there was only one inspection so you don't have to worry about somebody constantly invading your space. Overall a great place and I highly recommend.
