Let's be real... As a renter you care about price, professionalism, looks and safety. All this place has is a pretty price tag and there's a reason... There are roaches everywhere. People will linger around by the front gates begging you to let them in. People are crowded around the front office waiting for hours. Beggars and thieves break into cars a lot so APD uses the only free parking spots for themselves to "stop crime" but nothing is stopped. If you have a spare $35-50 you can have a guest park here for a day in the ungated parking and hope that their cars are there when they come back. What else? Oh! When you apply, you have to constantly go to the office and hope someone who knows how to read at the very least is there to tell you how your app is going. They never answer the phone, so good luck getting any help with anything. Their corporate office numbers don't work pretty much becasue again NOBODY ever answers or gets back to you. They even block your emails if you try to contact them via email. The maintenance men are honestly the only ones in there with some sense, but they dont get the support they need because theyre too busy breaking up fights in the office between management and residents. (YES IVE SEEN THIS HAPPEN AT LEAST 4 SEPARATE TIMES WITH EACH MEMBER OF OFFICE STAFF) The layouts are cute, but the units themselves don't work. My first day here I had a major leak in my unit coming from above and I couldn't get anyone out for DAYS. Management basically told me to suck it up. The leak ran out into the hall and I slipped and hurt my back on their stupid rubber concrete hallway paint and management did not care one bit. NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS WORTH THE MONEY. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE WORRY AND TIME. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE ONE STAR IS BECUASE THE MAINTENANCE WOMAN AND THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR GUY CAN ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS.
