Renter beware. On move out they will nickle and dime you for normal wear and tear. They charged me for a door with minor nicks at the top from hanging cleaning supplies, they patched the nicks and charged me $70. They charged me for the carpet when it got matted from normal use. They claim they had loss of use when clearly the carpets condition would of had to be replaced from normal wear and tear, but because they have a 5 year life span policy on their carpet, they'll push the cost onto the renter on move out. If you live here for more than a 2 years, but fewer than 5, you will likely get charged for the carpet. If you are familiar with Camden next door, I would suggest moving in there where you are more likely to get your deposit back.
