SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Good morning, I would like the opportunity to respond privately to your concerns. In regards to Our Concierge if not at the front desk while walking the property can be reached on their cell phone at all times, 404 520 8208. We felt that the money spent on the Continental breakfast would be better utilized in monthly resident events such as Pool Parties, wine and cheese at the Clubhouse and monthly Salsa classes. In addition to our Concierge we added an on-site Courtesy Officer in 2014, that works for APD and constantly patrols our building and neighborhood. Unfortunately, crime has no zip code and all of us need to be vigilant. We have also implemented a Community Group to improve communication between our office and our residents.They meet monthly with our office. Security Deposits are refunded once damages, past due balances and proper notice to vacate (60 days) are fulfilled. In regards to the refunds, we follow the guidelines set forth by the Lease Contract. Again, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns and reach an appropriate resolution. good morning, I would like an opportunity for you to revisit this property and find that we have worked hard to make improvements in the past year and a half. We currently have living on site an Atlanta Police Officer as well as our after hours Concierge Service. We will be undergoing renovations in the Spring. And the Continental breakfasts are back each Monday morning as well as one resident event each month.
