Overall the living experience has been great. It's a peaceful community where most people stay to themselves. The units are nice and spacious. Management had been very kind and responsive to my inquires. Ms. Myriad has always been respectful and good with communication.

Also please do something about these cats. This is ridiculous also stop hiring people to do poorly renovated apartments. The rent is too high for some units. Better security needs to be on the premises, the valet trash is terrible

I live here now and the staff is incompetent. I have a bug infestation that has yet to be dealt with. Lazy staff just relaxing and doing a lot of nothing. Trash everywhere, bugs everywhere, dog faces everywhere. I suggest you rent elsewhere.
