Although I didn't get to live here I want to discuss my experience applying to these apartments. I applied after a long wait for a 2x1 I called and they finally had one available for me when the office staff said they would call me after they found out one was available (which they never followed up I had to call every time myself to find what I was looking for) I put in my application mind you they ask for your deposit up front which is like $500 for a 2 bedroom no matter what your credit score. I waited 4 days to get a response if I was approved. Sadly I wasn't approved and that's fine there are plenty of other apartments I can go to this just lets me know I have to work on my credit more, the problem I had was the rude customer service I experienced, everything was fine trying to get me to apply besides the lack of follow up then when I didn't get approved -------- the so called "Leasing Manager" gave me the worst attitude I asked for a copy of the paperwork I had given them for the application process which had MY pay stubs, some letters, and the application with MY social written on it and signature and -------- denied me simple copies of MY own paperwork. She kept taunting me saying "well we have a strict policy and highly qualify our applicants" she made me feel like I wasn't good enough to live there. I asked -------- if I could speak to the manager and she said the manager wasn't taking any "appointments" if you're the manager of a business and someone has an issue your job is to see what's going on appointment or not! So if the experience was like this just applying imagine moving in. I'm not upset that I got denied I'm upset at the way I was treated I am also a leasing agent and I would never treat my customers this way. --------------- were very nice but so called manager needs an attitude makeover.
