I have been a resident for 3 years now, up until last year I had no complaints. Obviously the property management staff have changed and so has the "luxury" feeling of the property. As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable coming home to be harrassed by men in the neighborhood. Several of my residents smoke marijuana in the breezeways and the children of some of my neighbors are very unclean. Fast food paper wrapper, cigarettes, hair extensions, razors, fingernail polish and a bag of dog feces are things that I constantly see in my building. Trash is dumped in the back of my building and the "groundskeeper" clean every two weeks. The breezeways are in desperate need of a pressure wash. While I know that residents cannot be controlled; the property manager and staff have the responsibility of taking complaints seriously. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. The rent was raised by $100+ this year and the staff had no explanation because they are not residents. The fitness center sucks! I'm not exactly sure what I am paying for other than the pool. It's is the only thing kept cleaned here. They are always bugs (roaches, centipedes and spiders). I place a service ticket at least twice a month. Service requests are handled within a timely manner and that is appreciated. I love the floor plan of the apartment. Safety obviously is no concern for Alta Mill because the gate has been broken for at least 6 months now. Thankfully there have been no reported break-ins.

Since you have left your review we have hired on a full time groundskeeper to thoroughly keep the grounds and buildings looking nice.
