Alta Mill sells you on luxury but that is not the case. My family had problems with the insulation as the windows were not sealed well/correctly. In the summer the apartment would get extremely hot causing us to run the A/C too much running the power up and in the winter the cold air would come through the windows causing us to run the heat constantly running the power up. We didn't have a problem with roaches as others complained about...we had a spider problem. There's an unsecured path behind the apartment that leads to a shopping center and every now and then there were Target shopping carts left in the apartment parking lot. Anyone could walk through that path and my car was broken in to one night and on another morning I caught someone trying to break into a neighbors car and he ran off through that same path. I had no problems with Maintenance as they were Top Notch. They usually fix things within a day or two but on inspections/fire inspections they bust right in your house after one knock assuming you are gone. Too much piggybacking coming through security gate as visitors and tenants use the same gate. Kids knocking on my door and running was normal. Kids knocking on my door asking to take my trash was normal. There were several burglaries that management did not report until the victims posted flyers around property. When they switched management they went downhill. Apply if you want but it's not luxury at all. Too expensive to deal with the problems.
