This experience has been horrible, Maintenance takes forever to fix anything. I moved in November 2020 and none of my maintenance have been tended to, except for the times when my original maintenance requests turned into Emergency maintenance, which is supposedly 24/7 but that’s also a whole lie cause it takes whoever 2 hours to get to you to fix the issue and then the issue still isn’t fixed. There wasn’t transparency with my price for my apartment and everything I was getting, it’s way too much money and it’s the opposite of luxury.
