    I definitely enjoy everything about the living conditions here. The community is safe and friendly. It's very clean, and definitely peaceful considering all of the surrounding areas. Maintenance is always on top of any issues. I'm very pleased as a resident.

      Living at The Ivy has been a pleasant experience so far. I love being able to walk to the mall and the surrounding stores. The pool, gym, and other amenities are convenient and really nice!! Most of the residents are respectful and cordial. The front desk staff Audrey and Jared are helpful and always inviting.

        Nice apartments, the community is relatively calm, but on the weekends can get pretty loud with the addition of the new restaurants. People speed through the parking lot, so have to be mindful of your pets/kids.

            This has been a wonderful community to live in and be a part of. They often have events that are fun and interesting to participate in and it helps bring the community closer together. The only suggestion I have, as tiny as it is, is if they were to add a couple more designated trash bins for people to dispose of their dog's waste. Besides that, the people at the front desk are always helpful and friendly. The location of the apartment is great due to it being right next to great places to eat and parks and the mall.

              For the price, there should be more security and higher expectations for residents. Many halls smell of marijuana. Units on the road side have very little noise canceling features so cars are very loud 24/7. Entrance and exit is difficult for guests after hours because the added guest entrance screens are on exterior doors that are not readily accessible from the main parking areas. The grounds are kept up with landscaping. The location is nice. The hallways are kept clean and mopped. The pool is maintained and very clean.

                The Staff (Jared) is very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice rental there should be some events that give neighbors the opportunity to meet each other. On long weekend the garbage facility seems too small for the number of units it is servicing.

                  This community is by far one of the most luxury yet affordable apartments in the Buford area. The club house alone is beautifully designed. From the amenities & ground keeping?Id totally recommend. They are a pet friendly community as well. Any maintenance issues I have they are on top of it! They management is truly there to accommodate you and I have had a great experience thus far. This is a modern community of working professionals & entrepreneurs. There are several restaurants and the mall is walking distance of the property so makes home even more cozy & convenient. You won't regret this move.

                    Accessibility is ridiculous. You will need to hire movers to initially move in and move out because there's a lot of walking. Hallways look like never-ending hallways. You need keyfob to get into building. Even if you used keyfob to open fence to pool or lounge area, you need keyfob to open the door. It's absolutely ridiculous when you have tons of groceries. You will need a cart. There is only one elevator. If someone else is moving the same day, there's no way you will move all your own stuff in one day. Hallways echo. Walls are not insulated well. I can hear my next door neighbor doing sexual activities. No security or privacy living on "basement" floor. No dining room. Kitchen and bathrooms are big for no reason. Office people expect tenants to patrol and find out who's doing what, specifically where they live and don't want to do anything about complaints. They don't care about marijuana smoking. It always stinks. I've complained about smell in my apartment and nothing. They are not sending out emails. The lease clearly states no smoking within 20ft of apartment building.                               Nice people, nice staff. Terrible noise from the road, (specifically due to me being on the road side). I also feel for as much as we are paying in rent, there should be at least a tennis court and playground. There are also no more events to mix and mingle and that is upsetting. I am paying more in rent than I was in my new at the time of purchase 3100 sqft home. Very frustrating. Also, the fact that there is no grace period for rent is unacceptable. Most people get paid Bi-weekly, and with rent being so high, it's very hard to accommodate that schedule without having fees. There are apartments in much better places with better schools who are $500-600 less than what I am paying here. The accommodations are not worth it to me to pay this much in rent. I will not be signing a new lease.

                                I Love the Ivy! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The pool is a good size with lots of seating and space. Even the extra outdoor space is great with chairs and two big grills, well kept up as well! The only negatives to the Ivy is the gym and the dog poop. The gym is small and doesn't have any good machines to get a good workout in. Then there's the dog poop situation, it's everywhere!!! No one cleans up their dog poop and it's annoying and disgusting! The dog park is just an absolute no go, there's dog poop everywhere! But if you don't own a dog or go to the gym its a great place to live!!! Very friendly staff and clean buildings!

                                      Great luxury looking apartments. Monthly activities are a plus. Amenities are ok. Trash pickup can be a pain.They charge for daily trash pickup which is included in your monthly payment but they only pick up one bag. Not very quiet if you live closer to main road. Very loud cars & they alway race from the apartments to Target which isn't far but it's so frustrating. If you have grass at your back door look out for dog poop because people allow their dogs to poop anywhere & do not pick it up. Maintenance handle requests quickly.

                                        Started well but quality has gone down while rent and amenity fees have gone up. The hallways often smell. Maintenance is usually pretty responsive. The office staff do not respond to emails even if they do complete the task. But often a in person reminder or call is needed.

                                            Horrible-first year was great but now any and everybody can live hear-drug dealers, entire families living in one apartment, no parking due to that-The rodents are rapid, tenants leave trash everywhere, pets feces is in hallway and pet owner won't clean-up their mess

                                              I am satisfied with being at the Ivy at Iriston. It's normally quiet except for the last two to three months with the neighbor above my apartment. They seemed to be dragging things over the floor at all times day or night, and we can hear every step taken when walking or running upstairs. This is the noisiest neighbor we have encountered since being at the Ivy, but I understand human nature and know that every one or everything is not going to be perfect.
