Lived here for a year. Always paid rent early. Never caused trouble. ----- is Money hungry and lacks basic customer service skills. She is SO fake. Has incentives to rate apartments online for prizes. Parties every week. Her priorities aren't balanced. I came back from moving or of state and she told me I owed a bill is gotten in the mail. Got a money order to Pay it. Turns out I DIDN'T owe it. Bank wouldn't accept it because it was addressed to them. ---- told me to cross it their name put mine and they'd accept it. Turns out they didn't and now no bank will accept it because it appears fraudulent. ----- should have righted the wrong, for the $40 amount wasn't large but it's the principle. I guess had I renewed my lease I would have got it back. But you can't break policy? Is there a policy against lying to a customer? ---- then emailed about another $35 dollars they wanted to remove from my deposit just to redirect a mailed check because of an address mix up. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. Told them to NEVER contact me again. Keep the money.I don't deal with greedily motivated business practicers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Was not worth the heartache dealing with the mess. If I could turn the clock I'd never stay here if I knew this was what is have to endure a MONTH after I left. But my circumstances at the time forced me to. I feel sorry for you 2 women, but you will have your reward in the future. I pray y'all change because if it was your sister or child or YOU, YOU would not have accepted that type of treatment.
