Overall the community is nice, apartments could use updates. The office staff is pleasant. Buildings could use some power washing, mild growing on all buildings except for the older buildings. Building 400 is the worst. Could use some color in the landscaping. Need better control around the gate, too many people tall gate in. Speeding is an issue. Rent is comparable to other apartment complexes.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and suggestions. We have seen what you are seeing and currently there is a plan in place to address the pressure washing to buildings, starting with Building 400. Additionally, we are finalizing plans for improvements to the gates, including a new arm barrier and possibly additional improvements to address vehicle speed in the community.
