Pretty good
I enjoyed living here very much, and was disappointed that to stay a second year my rent would be increased $35, which I was not willing to do. The planes are somewhat noisy but you really do get used to it and it is rarely distrubing. I did notice some noise leakage from one of my neighbor's apartments when he ran water in his bathroom, but a $20 white noise machine took care of that while I was sleeping (I am a very light sleeper) and I was never too bothered by it. I had very nice neighbors who were friendly and only rarely loud; if they were it was at acceptable times, such as the evenings on the weekend. I really liked the location, it is out of the way from other nearby areas of College Park that are less than savory and it is very close to I85 and 285. The staff is very helpful and the only time I had to call maintenance I got assistance almost immediately. My favorite part of the community is the greenery- there are giant trees throughout the apartment complex and some neat landscaping. The only real complaint that I had besides that the rent was a little high was that the pool broke down occasionally.Share This Review
